Our spacious Standard rooms are 28 to 30 m² in size, have a kingsize bed and are furnished with noble wooden furniture, bright sand colors and warm brown colors for a feel at home atmosphere. The bright bathrooms provide a separate shower and bathtub. You'll also have a desk, air conditioning, a mini fridge, safe and a flat screen tv.

Our Comfort rooms are 28 m² to 30 m² in size and are furnished with comfy queensize beds (152x203 cm) and are located on the 5th and 6th floor. Beside a desk, a safe, a sitting area and a floor lamp, you'll have a fridge and a flat screen tv. But one thing have all our Comfort rooms in common: a superb view onto Cologne Cathedral! How could a day start better?

Superior room
Our family friendly Superior rooms with kingsize beds are, with their 41 m² in size, perfect for up to 3 people and are in terms of spaciousness and comfort at the top. All Superior rooms have a big and bright bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.
Not only can you make coffee or tea in your room but you'll also have free entrance into the external Holmes Place.

Our Comfort suites will delight you with its 55-60 m² and its perfect arranged composition of noble signature furnishings, which are distributed in a living room and a bordering bedroom.
