Room description
A warm welcome to our Presidential Suite with a king-size bed. The suite is situated on the 7th floor and, with a living area of 180 m², offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay. The separate living and sleeping areas, the view of Cologne Cathedral and the two roof terraces make this suite a special choice for both business and leisure travellers.
The Presidential Suite is designed to accommodate a maximum of two guests. The separate living room features a fireplace and a cosy seating area with a sofa.
A functional workspace with a desk is available for business tasks. Free Wi-Fi and a high-speed LAN connection ensure you can work reliably and productively. Three flat-screen TVs and a hi-fi system provide entertainment in the various areas of the suite.
Other amenities include a coffee and tea station, a Nespresso coffee machine and a mini-fridge. A bottle of water and a welcome gift will be waiting for you on arrival. You can store your personal belongings securely in a safe with a built-in socket. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable room temperature at all times.
The bathroom is fitted with a bath and a separate shower. A range of amenities are available for your use during your stay. A bathrobe and slippers will also be provided in your suite upon arrival. A bathroom scales is also provided. In addition, the Presidential Suite features a separate guest toilet.
An iron and an ironing board are also available for your use. As a guest in our Presidential Suite, you can use the Holmes Place fitness and wellness area free of charge. Please note that access is restricted to adults only. Pets are also welcome and may be brought along for an additional charge.
A special feature of the Presidential Suite are the two private roof terraces with a total area of 40 m². From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view over Cologne and Cologne Cathedral. The terraces offer additional space to relax and wind down at the end of the day in a pleasant atmosphere.
